I found Magnus to be highly knowledgable and practical in his approach, as well as genuinely caring and passionate about helping.

He really knew his stuff, and how to apply his expertise to my own unique situation and needs. He also went the extra mile to support me throughout the process by checking in regularly and writing a summary of each session for me to look back on, which I found so helpful.

I thought my case might be too severe and too difficult to help, but Magnus rose to the challenge. He helped me to gain confidence in my own ability to reduce my anxiety, with the help of the right mindset and techniques, so that I can start to live a fuller life again.

I got to be coached by Magnus and he managed to resolve a major block I had in my life. I feel transformed.

Magnus empowered me to be my authentic self and let go of a childhood trauma that was seriously holding me back. I am now already taking action towards my goals in ways that I haven't been able to do for more than 20 years.

Magnus you are exceptional and I feel so grateful to have had the chance to work with you.

Nothing changes, if nothing changes. Your life can only improve if you do things differently. So if you feel like you're going round in circles it may be time to look for new ways of doing things.

If you feel held back by anxiety, it doesn't have to be this way.  Anxiety always has a cause, which means there is always a solution.

My job as a coach is to help you uproot the cause of anxiety through rewiring your mind, so anxiety becomes a thing of the past. Are you ready to do things differently?

I spent years struggling, dealing with panic attacks, and hiding my anxiety from the world, only to cut myself off and deny myself of who I was and what I wanted. I know what it feels like to have dreams of doing things, only to think ‘I can’t do that, I have anxiety’. But what if this didn’t have to be the case?
