What transformed my mental health was making a conscious effort to notice the good things in my life.
In the past, I was stuck in the habit of looking at the negatives and finding all the reasons why I was the victim of my circumstances.

Today I look at the negatives in my life and ask:
How can I see this thing in a way that serves me?
I want to help facilitate this powerful shift with members of the public who may be stuck in a rut or a cycle of negative thinking.

In 2022, I interviewed 250 strangers posting these interviews on TikTok & Instagram. The videos have amassed 30 million views, giving people a reason to smile across the world.

Both Offline and Online, my goal is to leave the interviewee & viewer feeling better than they did before the exchange.
I want to give people a reason to acknowledge themselves, and to look at the brighter side of life, something I believe we don't do enough in our society.
